Subprocessors

The service providers that may process personal data for us, what each does and where. We give customers 30 days’ notice before adding one.

DraftLast updated 30 October 2026

This document is a draft under legal review. Highlighted text is still to be filled in. Until it’s final, the agreement you sign with us governs.

2AI models

Miles agents use open-source AI models that Miles runs itself: in Miles Managed Cloud, in your own cloud account, or on your own premises, depending on how you deploy. We don’t send Customer Data to third-party AI model providers, and we don’t use Customer Data to train models. No AI model provider is a subprocessor.

3Depending on how you deploy

  • Miles Managed Cloud: the providers above.
  • Your cloud: computers, files and models run in your own cloud account, under your agreement with your provider. They aren’t our subprocessors.
  • Your premises: everything runs on your hardware. Air-gapped, nothing reaches us or our providers.

4Updates

We’ll update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing Customer Data, and tell customers who ask to be notified. To ask, or to object under our Data processing agreement, write to privacy@twospoon.ai.

Questions about how we work?

Bring a real task. We’ll show an agent doing it on its own computer, in your apps, and asking before it acts.
